| When updating Express, I receive the error message "This does not
appear to be the wireless device registered in your Express account."
This error typically means that you have already registered a different device for this Express account and must reset the primary device ID in order to use this device. Your Handmark Express account only allows you to use the software on one device. You can Login to your MyExpress to reset the your device ID. The next time you update Express on the new device it will set the device ID to that of the new device. |
