Does Express support expansion memory such
as MMC/SD and Memory Sticks?
Yes, all Express channels can be moved to expansion
cards. Palm OS device users can tap-and-hold each channel row
within PageOne and select "Move to Expansion Memory."
The PageOne application must remain resident in the devices
internal memory. |

When updating Express, I receive the error message "The
account does not appear to be a valid Express
account."
This error message indicates that the Express server is
unable to find an account with the e-mail address you have
entered. Verify that the Email address on your account matches
the Email address specified when you activated your Express
account.

When updating Express, I receive the error message "This
does not appear to be the wireless device registered in your
Express account."
This error typically means that you have already registered
a different device for this Express account and must reset the
primary device ID in order to use this device. Your Handmark
Express account only allows you to use the software on one device.
You can Login to your MyExpress to reset
the your device ID. The next time you update Express on the
new device it will set the device ID to that of the new device. |
When updating Express, I receive the error
message "Your <channel name> channel subscription expired
on XX/XX/XXXX. "
This error indicates that your subscription for the Channel
you are trying to use has expired. Login
to your MyExpress to find more information on your current
subscriptions. |
When updating Express, I receive the error message "You
do not currently have a subscription to the channel."
This error indicates that you do not have a subscription
in your Express account for the Channel you are trying to utilize.

information on your current subscriptions. |
I purchased an Express CD-ROM, how do I activate my Express
account?
You can register
your Express CD-ROM by using the unique serial number provided
in your CD-ROM package. Wen you register the CD-ROM and verify
your serial number we'll send you a confirmation with your Express
account information. |

How does it work?
When a user purchases an Express subscription, they install
the Express client software on their wireless device and enter
their express login ID and password. When the user updates their
express content, the client software connects to the Express
proxy server and it returns the requested data to the client
software. |
What are the device requirements for Express?
Express supports all wireless devices and smartphones utilizing Palm OS, Windows Mobile (Pocket PC or Smartphone), BlackBerry operating systems.
An internet data connection is required, either through 802.11 (WiFi) or a
wide area network connection such as a wireless carrier (Sprint,
Verizon, AT&T, etc..). See the device
